This is where the fun is. Taking all those ideas and presenting that to you so you can visualise what you’ve only dreamed of, that’s magic!
How it works, we book a consultation with you. Usually around two hours and absolutely FREE. Here we will discuss your project, take photos and measurements, discuss your must haves and wants and compile your wish list and ideas. We talk about your space, how you live and what your overall aim is. You complete our easy client profile so we have all the information we need and you let us know if you want to proceed.
What you get with the concept planning package includes three colour schemes/concepts for your space, based on a one room brief. You choose the one you love the most and we bring that to life. We provide the colour scheme/concept boards, materials and finishes boards to your specification, we provide floorplans and rendered drawings and meet with you to present our designs. You can still DIY if you choose the concept planning package, or you can step up and have us project management to completion. You decide!
The flat fee based on a one room brief with three different schemes is $1,200. If you have multiple spaces you are working with we will provide a different fee structure that we will discuss at your initial consultation appointment.
